Capacitas is designed as a federation and orchestration layer across qualified sites, systems, and operators. The product is the controlled coordination of capacity, policy, usage, economics, and evidence—not a claim that every node is the same.
The current architecture defines a Capacitas Sovereign Node, Federated Secure Node, and Partner Cloud Node. Each reflects a different physical and contractual relationship. Workload eligibility remains specific to the node and customer requirements.
No. A site, product, or technology should not be described as cleared, accredited, certified, or NSA-approved without the exact authorization. Classified processing requires the applicable contract, people, facility, systems, and transfer mechanisms.
Strong first candidates include document processing, embeddings, batch inference, independent simulation or rendering, and selected inference at qualified sites. Tightly synchronized training across distant sites is outside the initial promise.
Each workload and node needs an explicit profile defining local functions, control-plane dependencies, approved synchronization, evidence retention, recovery, updates, and loss-of-link limits.
